New level in works

Our awesome level designer gave birth to a new level, codename “The City” :) The “baby” is not fully developed yet, but since it’s almost finished I decided to show off it’s beauty. Here are some pics of the level that will challenge you in Steel Storm:

Fruits of the hard work

Finally, I dedicated some time to inform you about the updates. I feel really bad because on one hand I should keep you posted more often. On the other hand, who is going to make more art and finish the game?! It hard to find a balance between being a dedicated developer and dedicated PR guy. However I have been trying to do my best to find that balance.
Anyhow, I am glad to show you 5 new screenshots:

A new free game from our friend!!!

Urre's Strap-on-bomb Car

One of the indie game developers, good friend of ours, made a cool, small and fun to play game using DarkPlaces engine. The game is called Strap-on-bomb Car. The game is not about strap-ons :P The game is about tiny red car and a bomb, tied up to it. This game is ridiculously simple. All you gotta do is make laps and stay in one piece. You will use only one button to control your car. Sounds simple, eh? I don’t think so :)
Go ahead and grab it while it’s hot (from our Games section of the website). The games comes in all flavors, such as Win32, Mac and Linux 32/64 bit. Mac version is not tested, so your feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Have questions? Register at our forums and Urre, the game’s creator will answer all of it.

Real-time Light Editor video tutorial

I just finished our first tutorial from the “Custom Content” tutorial series. During the video I will try my best to explain how to add real-time lights to your level and how to adjust their properties. I hope you will enjoy it.
